PRICES

In addition to the above prices, there is a one off cleaning and laundry charge of £165.

A 25% deposit is required to reserve your booking.

Payment in full must be received at least 8 weeks prior to your stay in order to confirm your booking.

A £150 refundable damage deposit is payable per booking and is paid at the time you make your final payment.

An additional £25 charge will be incurred if the oven requires more than usual cleaning after your stay.

Check-in time is from 3pm (4pm if more cleaning time is needed) on the first day and check-out time is by 10am on the last day.

Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday during periods when the minimum stay is one week.

The maximum occupancy is 8 people plus a baby in a cot.

We have a strict no pets policy (sorry!)
