How far is the beach from the house?

Newberry beach is just over the road from the house.

Is there parking space?

Yes, at the back of the house there is a private space which is big enough for two cars.

Is there Wifi?

Yes.

Is there place to hire a canoe or paddle board?

Yes, you can hire canoes and paddle boards from Surf Side, or OSKC Watersports just round the corner from the house.
