Newberry beach is just over the road from the house.

Is there parking space?

Yes, at the back of the house there is a private space which is big enough for two cars.

Is there Wifi?

Yes.

Is there place to hire a canoe or paddle board?

Yes, you can hire canoes and paddle boards from Surf Side, just round the corner from the house.
